Brad Johnson brings over 35 years of industry experience.  Brad began working in the building trades doing remodels and carpentry.  Brad later had his subcontractor license in drywall and framing in Washington state as Brad Johnson Drywall.  Brad trained with Alicia at Pratt Fine Art learning Lost Wax Casting. He and Alicia formed their Jewelry lines.  Brad has an amazing eye and is a master carver translating the finest details into his wax creations. Brad does commercial illustration and also loves to create fine art drawings using prisma colored pencils you can view his work here. Brad and Alicia both teach Lost Wax Casting and Silversmith through workshops at Learn Lost Wax Casting.com

Alicia Hanson brings 20 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of the fundamentals of good design to her role as Design Director.  Alicia has been involved in all aspects of the Design industry since 1994 when she opened her own sign shop, Hayden Signs & Designs, in Poulsbo, WA. Alicia successfully sold the business in 1998.
Segueing into the Creative Director & Design Director roles for leading environmental graphic design firms on the West Coast an East Coast. Hanson teaches Sign making to new sign companies joining the Sign Biz network. Her work has been featured in Sign Business, SignCraft, VMSD and Elle magazines.  Alicia and Brad trained together at Pratt Fine Art in Seattle Washington in Silversmithing, Lost Wax Casting and Glass Bead making. Together the two create jewelry for their two jewelry lines Hi Octane Jewelry and SilverBotanica. Alicia also is an avid seamstress and designs clothing, textiles and accessories, and does upholstery work.
